Our goal is to ensure each project is successfully completed without the need for refunds.<\/p><p><strong>Transparency and Good Faith<\/strong><br \/>All refund decisions are made based on fairness, transparency, and good faith, seeking equitable solutions for both parties.<\/p><p><strong>NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES<\/strong><\/p><p>The following items are <strong>not eligible for refunds<\/strong>:<\/p><p><strong>Completed or Approved Services<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Phases, modules, or deliverables already approved by the client.<\/li><li>Consultations, meetings, or advisory sessions already conducted.<\/li><li>Training sessions delivered or completed.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Project-Specific Expenses<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Software licenses acquired exclusively for the project.<\/li><li>Third-party subscriptions contracted for development.<\/li><li>Third-party digital assets purchased (illustrations, music, 3D models, etc.).<\/li><li>App store publishing costs (Apple App Store, Google Play).<\/li><li>Fees for external specialists involved in the project.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Additional Services Already Rendered<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Implemented optimizations or updates.<\/li><li>Completed integrations with external systems.<\/li><li>Approved designs, prototypes, or mockups.<\/li><li>Activated hosting, domain, or infrastructure services.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Causes Beyond NEXATOWER\u2019s Control<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Change of mind after prior approvals.<\/li><li>Modification of the client\u2019s business or commercial strategy.<\/li><li>Loss of interest or change in priorities not attributable to NEXATOWER.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>REFUND REQUEST PROCESS<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><strong>Request Submission:<\/strong><br \/>Send an email to [PENDING] with the subject \u201cRefund Request,\u201d including contact details, purchase reference, and detailed reasons.<\/li><li><strong>Acknowledgment:<\/strong><br \/>NEXATOWER will confirm receipt of the request within a maximum of <strong>3 business days<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Evaluation:<\/strong><br \/>Our team will review the project status, communication history, and applicable policy conditions.<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Review time: up to <strong>10 business days<\/strong> for simple projects, and up to <strong>20 business days<\/strong> for complex projects.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li><strong>Resolution:<\/strong><br \/>NEXATOWER will notify the final decision, indicating whether the refund is approved, the applicable amount (if any), and the method of reimbursement.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>REFUND METHODS AND TIME FRAMES<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><strong>Refund Method:<\/strong><br \/>All approved refunds will be processed <strong>exclusively to the same bank card<\/strong> used for the purchase.<\/li><li><strong>Processing Time:<\/strong><br \/>Once authorized by NEXATOWER, the refund will be processed immediately.
